4 45-Minute Coaching Sessions
Do you love being a mama, but feel like you’ve lost yourself? Lost track of your passion and purpose? Are you just checking off To Dos instead of living a life that reflects your priorities? You are not stuck! There are changes you can make to live a more satisfying, fulfilling life. Consecutive coaching sessions for four weeks will start with assessing what matters most to you. We’ll set concrete goals and then keep you on track while moving forward quickly. We’ll work with a clear vision of what you want to accomplish, then utilize tools and accountability to get you there. We’ll explore Life Balance, clarify Values, and reach Goals.
(4) 45-Minute Coaching Sessions
You know the saying, “The only thing constant in life is change.” So true…isn’t it? Getting married, having a baby, leaving the workforce, re-entering the workforce, working at home, becoming an empty nester (we call you a successful nester!) – all life transitions can wreak havoc or open wide new doors of opportunity. You don’t have to be a victim of change. Give these transitions the attention and intention they deserve. We’ll clarify and help you embrace and navigate your “new normal.”
(10) 45-Minute Coaching Sessions
This is my favorite package. Because change requires ongoing effort. Change is absolutely possible. And sticking with changes, new habits, intentional living through all the ups and downs of life – the inconveniences, unanticipated, interruptions – can prove challenging. We’ll start with an assessment of where your life is balanced and on track and where it isn’t. We’ll determine your action steps. And you’ll reach your goals with accountability along the way to overcome setbacks, obstacles, hurdles you encounter. Suggested: 6 sessions over 6 weeks, followed by 6 sessions spread over 6 months.
(1) 45-Minute Coaching Session
Individual sessions are available and are mostly suggested for those who want follow up from time to time after they’ve completed one of the coaching packages. However, you can also choose to take advantage of my very powerful Life Balance Assessment tool with a 45-minute follow-up consultation to help you understand your areas of dissatisfaction and some practical steps to take towards a more balanced life.
